Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Well Said (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Well Said is operated by Asaf Mohammed. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Well Said allows users (“Members”) to create testimonial collection links, which they share with others (“Contributors”) who submit written testimonials. Contributors may optionally log in at submission to have their testimonial marked as verified. The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Account registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

User-generated content

Members and Contributors are solely responsible for the content of testimonials they submit or collect.

By submitting a testimonial, the Contributor grants the Member a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, publish, and embed that testimonial (e.g., on the Member's website, marketing materials, or social media).

You agree not to submit or collect content that is:

• False, fabricated, misleading, or fraudulent
• Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening
• In violation of any applicable law
• Impersonating another person or entity without authorisation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Verified badge

Well Said displays a tier-coloured verified badge next to a Member's display name when Contributors submit testimonials through an authenticated account. The badge indicates that the Contributor was logged in at the time of submission — it is a verification of account authentication only. It is not a guarantee of the truthfulness, accuracy, or legitimacy of the testimonial content itself. The colour and style of the badge evolve as a Member accumulates more verified testimonials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Service availability

Well Said is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an early-stage product, features, availability, and functionality may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

The Well Said name, design, and code are the property of Asaf Mohammed. Members retain ownership of the content they create; Contributors retain ownership of their testimonials subject to the licence granted above.

Disclaimer of warranties

Well Said is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Well Said and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
